More About Katy

Katy Byrne teaches journal writing as a path towards finding one's self, goals and wishes. She sometimes jokingly refers to this as "cheap therapy," since it is a tool that can be used anywhere, anytime. Her book, Hairball Diaries, models this technique.

She is also a great animal lover and works tirelessly for the care and safety of all the voiceless ones as well as encouraging those of us who have them, to use our voices and dialogues to make it a better world.
